I offer a session if there is an area of your life where you feel or know that it could be easier. Each person has their own unique challenges and so Life Skills aims to help you to resolve these.

Some examples of challenges:-

  • Bullying
  • Fears
  • Relationship issues
  • Marital problems
  • Repeating mistakes
  • Coping with difficult children
  • Practical parenting
  • Coping with elderly parents
  • Troublesome bosses or colleagues

There are some excellent techniques that I have personally found to be amazing and easy to adopt that make such a difference. Clients and students from all walks of life have benefitted from Life Skills information and techniques.
