It is the practitioner’s responsibility to work to the highest possible standards in their training, approach and attitude for the benefit of both themselves and the client.
Your client is literally in your hands. You must be confident, (but not overconfident), self-assured and smart. Your premises, your clinic room or the area you treat your clients must be well presented, clean, neat and tidy.
The location of where you work needs to be safe plus appropriate to the full range of each client’s requirements. They should be well thought out and appropriate for all clients i.e:
- Suitable access.
